Substantial contamination of heavy metals in drinking water has been an issue to consumers since long. The persisting contamination level has been monitored by various agencies and researchers, which direct towards constant deterioration of water quality. The quality of water is degrading exponentially from rural to urban areas in a significant manner. Industrial effluents, sewage and agricultural waste are the prime sources of contamination of water resources. Various heavy metals such as nickel, chromium, lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury and copper may be present in industrial effluents. Though different methods such as chemical precipitation, ion exchange, membrane filtration, coagulation – flocculation and electro dialysis are known, amongst which adsorption being the most versatile and economically viable has been extensively adopted by various researchers for trace level of concentrations. In this review, several low cost adsorbents are reported in the literature have been studied at length. Different types of adsorbents like nanosorbent, biosorbents, carbonaceous material and metal based adsorbents have been considered for the review paper. The review paper evaluates the possibilities of utilizing various adsorbents for efficient removal of different heavy metals from water. Study reflected towards remarkable adsorption capacity, efficiency and cost effectiveness of adsorbents utilized by researchers. The boundless use of low cost adsorbents for treatment of wastewater are strongly recommended due to their availability,

A new algorithm of utility-list structure has been proposed in this paper which based on the framework of top-k utility mining analysed. There are many techniques which extracts top keyword within search space relates with various algorithms. Like, High Utility Pattern Mining, which is detection of high utility itemsets in a transactional database; provides the fundamental task in database and data mining community, such as quantity, cost, weight and profits concern, to extract remarkable knowledge and efficient database patterns. Different from the support based mining models; the utility oriented mining framework integrates the utility theory to provide more informative and useful patterns. These could not be directly performed on the utility mining techniques with the help of proposed method in this paper would find a top-k search space itemsets. This paper is focused on analysis of many identical high top-k utility patterns mining algorithm, such as mining for Top-K High Utility Itemsets, Solutions to Utility Big Data Analysis, Negative Sequential Patterns Mining, Efficient High Pattern Mining with Tighter Upper Bounds and Tighter Upper Bound including Average-Utility for Mining High Average-Utility Patterns. However there are some issues that need to resolve. These are discussed in this paper and efficient proposed the analysis of the various utility

All Dendrimers are the emerging polymeric architectures known for their defined structure, low polydispersity, nanometric size and high functionality. These nanostructure macromolecules have shown their potential abilities in entrapping and conjugating the high molecular weight hydrophobic or hydrophilic entities by host-guest interaction and covalent bonding respectively. Dendrimer is the irresistible candidature for the formation of inclusion complexes capable of accomplishing the various applications. This is due to the presence of various terminal groups with varied functionalities. PAMAM Dendrimer has been growing interest because of their unique characteristics like globular, nanoscale, macromolecule with different functionalities at periphery. PAMAM is comparatively novel group of these distinctive materials that is grown from the core side and each half or complete generation needs some repeating reactions. Also it has potential applicability in a wide range of areas makes it the promising candidate for lots of applications.Herein, we have synthesized Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimer of various generations and characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and Mass spectrometry. The -0.5G PAMAM has differential functionality and special characteristics which allows the formation of inclusion complexes with various molecules. At this place, the inclusion complexes formed with carbamide molecules, which implant more functionality through host-guest interaction compared to the host molecules

A series of new phenothiazine derivatives of sulfonamide dyes was designed, synthesized & evaluated for their potent anti-cancer activities. The compounds were designed on the basis of molecular docking studies. Firstly they were docked with three different anticancer target enzymes viz. topoisomerase-II, aromatase and CDK2 and on the basis of dock score the designed compounds were synthesized. All synthesized compounds were bio-evaluated for their in-vitro anti-cancer action which displayed adequate results in agreement with the outcome of docking study.

Herein, this innovative work; Poly(acrylamide-co-azomethine-co-acrylic acid) cogel is prepared in water as green solvent in order to study the effect of acrylamide content on swelling behaviour of hydrogels. It is found that hydrogels prepared in solution exhibited the highest swelling which probably extend it’s use in agricultural filed as well as in marine industry. The hydrogels is characterized by fourier transform infrared, elemental analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, thermal gravimetric analysis and field emission scanning electron microscopy. From Morphology study, we can see the change in porosity of cogel which is responsible for the absorbance of cogel. The results also indicated that the stability of azomethine is increased by formation of co-gel with poly(acrylamide–co-acrylic acid). In this report, straight forward and efficient synthetic protocol for cogel formation is adopted without any environmental hazard. Swelling capacity of P(AM-co-AA) and cogel was studied by addition of different saline solutions including monovalent, divalent, and trivalent salts. Its applications can be extended in agricultural industries as a basis for super absorbent polymer, waste water treatment, and even in medical field. Hence, the synthesized materials can be biodegradable, environment-friendly, and biocompatible inspired by the green

In today’s world plastic is a part of everyone’s life. According to American Chemistry Council primary data source, plastics generation was 35.4 million tons in 2017 in the United States, which was about 13.2 percent of total Municipal Solid Waste generation. Plastics makes thousands of products that add convenience, comfort and safety. Due to its light weight, strength and easily mouldable ability it is used as an ideal packaging material. It is also used in many sports to increase athlete efficiency and safety. It increases the efficiency and hygiene of medicines. It is also used in making surgical instruments. Inspite of its many advantages one of the biggest disadvantage is, it will take 1000 years to decompose in Landfills. When it burns, it produces toxic gases which adds to environmental pollution. Plastics, when it dumped in water bodies it threats aquatic life. Plastic does not allow the rainwater to seep into the ground. However, the plastic bags negatively affects environment and human health. 18 states have banned single-use plastic bags such as Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh. In most of the countries, bags of thickness of less than 50 microns are banned. In order to study the awareness about single use plastic ban in Nagpur City, we conducted survey of some Hotels, Restaurants, Vegetable markets and Grocery
